Complementary Finishing Cladding – Luggage Rack Curve

The Complementary Finishing Cladding EM30017 is a lightweight and functional component, designed to work together with the longitudinal interior claddings of buses, applied at the luggage rack curve to ensure visual continuity and smooth transitions between modules.

The component features a smart modular fitting system, ensuring precise alignment and a uniform finish along the assembly. In addition, it incorporates a click-in system with an extruded profile, fixed to both the back of the component and the vehicle structure, allowing quick installation and removal without screws.

This solution provides fast access to electrical cables located behind the cladding, significantly reducing maintenance time and reinstallation effort, without adding unnecessary weight to the interior structure.

Manufactured from EcoPET, composed of 50% recycled polyester and 50% virgin polyester, the component is covered with grey mélange polyester fabric, combining structural lightness, flexibility, visual comfort and durability.
