Project understanding and core challenge
The client was looking for a tabletop mirror holder that could accommodate users of different heights and seating positions, ensuring comfortable viewing for makeup, personal care and accessories, without complex adjustment and with mirror protection after use.
Solution development and technical validation
JOMO developed an adjustable mirror holder with a Velcro-based adjustment system, allowing quick, simple and intuitive positioning in multiple viewing angles.
The product was designed so that, after use, the mirror can be folded closed, keeping the glass surface protected against dirt, scratches and potential breakage during handling or storage.
The solution uses a durable material with a polyester fabric finish, easy to clean and washable, even when exposed to makeup and cosmetic products.
Industrial scale-up
Production is based on a thermoforming process, allowing the simultaneous use of multiple molds, enabling high volumes in a short lead time with dimensional consistency and repeatability.
Thermoforming also allows customer logos to be integrated directly into the tooling, in raised or recessed relief, reducing costs, simplifying the production process and ensuring long-lasting brand definition.
