The JOMO Flat Insole is developed using high-quality, high-density flexible PU foam, designed for applications where comfort, cushioning and support during use are important.

Available in two PU foam configurations, it allows the most suitable solution to be selected according to the requirements of each project:

• Density 90 – specified range of 80 to 100 kg/m³, with approx. 30 Asker C hardness
• Density 115 – specified range of 105 to 125 kg/m³, with approx. 25 Asker C hardness

The insole can be produced in different thicknesses, shapes and colors and can also feature an upper covering in textile or synthetic material, selected according to the technical, functional and aesthetic requirements of each project.

Comfort Engineering

Higher density does not necessarily mean greater hardness. The two available foams offer different combinations of density and hardness, allowing the most appropriate comfort response to be selected for each project.

JOMO combines the choice of PU foam, density, hardness, thickness and covering to develop insoles suited to the characteristics of each footwear design and its intended use.
